-Demonstrate model home, floor plan designs, home features, and home site availability to potential residents -Facilitate contract documents as it pertains to the purchase of a new home -Create and initiate community marketing campaigns to attract new customers, foster referral business, and maintain business relationships with local real estate agents -Work alongside community builder to deliver 100% customer satisfaction

What You Bring

-Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle -Ability to work a minimum five-day work week including Saturday and Sunday plus early evening weekday hours -2-5 Years Sales Experience -Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening -Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers’ needs and how those needs align with Eastwood Homes’ product design -Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner -Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills -Understand architectural plans, blueprints, and site plans
