The Role

Tasks

-Conduct outbound lead generation, cold calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate leads with determination to stay on track and follow up routinely with prospective customers. -Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities. -Collaborate with other members of the Sales Team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets. -Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to effectively address customer needs. -Coordinate and participate in introductory meetings between feedstock suppliers and the Sales Team. -Participate in sales training and continuous development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. -Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and services. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

What You Bring

We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to help build our project pipeline by identifying and connecting with potential feedstock suppliers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. -Remote within the US, preferably in the Midwest or southeastern US. -Typical travel ~25%, up to 50% travel in a given month. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -3-5 years of experience in direct sales or similar position. -High attention to detail and accuracy. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. -Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in the wastewater industry is a plus. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
