  • Contribute to the Asset Management HSE strategy and return-to-work processes.
  • Deliver HSE technical coaching and guidance to asset, PMO, and technical teams.
  • Delivery, maintenance and enhancements of HSE performance reporting.
  • Assist with incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are shared.
  • Administer and maintain HSE management systems (Mirvac HSE System, Rapid, Interisk, iSystain).
  • Design and roll out proactive risk-based programs addressing major hazards and psychosocial health.
  • Develop, roll-out and maintain the Asset Management HSE Training Needs Analysis, training programs, inductions, and awareness initiatives.
  • Support consistent contractor management processes, including prequalification, onboarding, and compliance.
