  • Home-based with regular site attendance across Dorset
  • Excellent customer care, problem solving, record keeping and communications skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to accuracy and detail, with experience utilising case management systems.
  • Hold a valid driving licence, access to a vehicle, and be prepared to travel for work-related purposes.
  • Experience of using, preparing and instructing on legal and non-legal interventions and multi-agency working.

In this role, you will support the Magna Safer Communities Lead to ensure that cases involving anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse, and safeguarding processes are thoroughly investigated and managed according to established protocols. You will become part of a professional team who are passionately committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, while contributing to our organisational objectives of delivering great homes together!
