

Assist Project Management with assembling contract packages and change order packages. Track and distribute submittals and RFI's, and assemble, copy, and distribute subcontracts and subcontractor change orders.
Process subcontracts, change orders and purchase orders, and prepare and maintain correspondence to subcontractors, to include plans, submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and meeting minutes.
5 years of related administrative experience ideally working for a general contractor, including specific experience with contracts and projects administration
Must be computer literate and enjoy a team environment
