Assistant Property Manager

Overview

Assist in managing property operations, leasing, rent collection, and resident services.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Perform monthly review of month end accounting reports and close period process. -Maintaining accurate resident records, move ins, move outs, notices, ledgers, etc. -Filing and maintaining Legal eviction cases through the Nationwide online portal. -Conduct all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act and all other laws pertaining to apartments. -Monitor and manage rent collections and delinquencies. -Walking vacated units and assessing final move out charges. -Processing Final Statements of Deposits Accounts. -Handle resident inquiries, concerns and service requests promptly and professionally. -Generating and serving monthly 3-day notices inside residents’ apartments.

What You Bring

The Finger Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager. This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong computer and communication skills. Computer skills required include working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and a proficient knowledge of web-based property management software (RealPage products, OneSite, Applicant screening, DOC management and others - preferred). -Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software OneSite and Real Page. -1+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager. -Excellent communication and customer service skills.
