Overview

Full-time bartender serving guests and crafting drinks at the Lobby Bar.

Tasks

-Prepares beverages according to standard operating procedures -Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients -Operates three compartment sinks or dish tank for cleaning glassware -Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department -Prepares condiments for appropriate garnishment of beverages -Operates restaurant and bar related equipment including the cash register, point of sale system and telephone -Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner -Processes payment transactions following established procedures -Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members -Maintains hand soap and hand towels at hand wash stations -Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency -Presents appropriate menus and informs guests of current specials and promotions -Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly -Stocks and maintains beer, wine, and liquor inventories to ensure efficient operations
