Admin support for operational sites, handling orders, invoicing, data, meetings and receptionist tasks.

Tasks

-Providing administrative support as and when required to allow for the efficient running of operational sites. -Raising CAPEX orders. -Update, develop and maintain files and electronic registers relevant to the role. -Taking minutes at meetings and distributing as required. -Raising and receipting purchase orders and dealing with any subsequent queries. -Booking travel and hotels. -Deal with telephone enquiries, take messages. -Booking meeting rooms. -Dealing with visitors, receptionist duties when required.

What You Bring

-Basic collation and uploading of data to produce reports e.g. weighbridge data. -Excellent communication skills -Experience of working in an administrative role -Order office essentials, e.g. stationary, lunches for meetings. -IT skills - knowledge of Google Suite -High attention to detail -Own transport, and full driving licence -Self motivated, able to work on own initiative and be flexible when required -Understanding of the waste water industry - desirable -Ability to pass DBS check
