Overview

Manage installation and modernization projects from start to finish

Tasks

-Maintain documents electronically including closeout documentation -Prepare project budgets, schedule and approve expenditures, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions -Ensure smooth transition of project from the sales team to the fulfillment team -Manage multiple projects of varying size while coordinating work through appropriate vendors, sub-contractors, and branch staff; order materials needed for projects -Make initial contact with customers, coordinate installation schedule, physically attend pre and post construction jobsite meetings, and ensure customer training is completed when project is finished

What You Bring

-2+ years of hands-on experience in construction, automatic door installation, glazing, storefront systems work, and team supervision -PMP (Project Management Professional) certification -Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, Construction Management, or Business Administration -AAADM (American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers) certification -1+ year work experience in the automatic door or construction industry -High school diploma or equivalent
