Tasks
As Manager, you will play a critical role in advising on and managing Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and real estate transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to financial close, providing expert advice on deal structuring, financial modelling, and strategic alignment with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) Vision 2030 and sector-specific strategies. This role demands a proactive, analytical individual capable of navigating complex regulatory environments and driving value through innovative PPP solutions. -Stakeholder Engagement: Lead engagement with key stakeholders, including government entities, private sector partners, and financial institutions, to facilitate the successful delivery of PPP projects. -Market and Regulatory Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis and stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting PPP and real estate sectors. Use insights to advise clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are viable and compliant with KSA’s legal and regulatory framework. -Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Provide leadership in the preparation and review of business cases, including technical, legal, and financial due diligence. -Deal Structuring and Financial Modelling: Develop and oversee complex financial models for PPP transactions, ensuring they meet the strategic objectives of both public and private sector stakeholders. Advise on deal structuring to optimize financial returns and mitigate risks. -Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, enhancing their capabilities in PPP advisory, financial analysis, and project management. -Strategic Advisory and Planning: Lead the strategic assessment and planning of PPP projects, ensuring alignment with KSA’s Vision 2030 and sectoral strategies. Contribute to setting the direction and scope of business cases, including strategic, economic, and financial studies. -Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.

What You Bring
-Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. -Ability to work collaboratively with team members. -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. -Strong analytical capabilities including financial modeling and analysis. -Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. -Software: Microsoft Office programs to an advanced level, particularly Excel. Familiarity with financial modeling software and tools would be beneficial. -Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Certifications and Licenses: KSA driving license. -Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related field. A master’s degree or professional qualifications such as CFA or RICS would be advantageous. -Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. -Ability to think strategically and provide insightful advice. -Minimum of 5 years’ experience in PPP projects, deal advisory, or financial analysis within the real estate sector. Previous experience in the KSA market and an understanding of its regulatory environment is preferred. -Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous. -The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems). -Ability to interpret complex legal and financial information to guide decision-making. -Understanding of regional business culture and regulations. -Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
