Tasks
-Provide world class customer service by efficiently resolving client queries and operational/account issues. -Get to know our key clients' businesses intimately through close collaboration and maintaining strong partnerships. -Proactively maintain relationships, introducing new and featured products that can solve problems and give clients the tools they need to achieve their goals. -Improve outcomes for clients by solution-selling across Domain's portfolio of products. -Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle - from first meetings and demonstrations, building a business case and contract execution, through to reporting on account performance. -Present Domain insights to key stakeholders and attend customer events / sales meetings. -Work overseas once per year for up to 20 days. -Continually provide feedback on market conditions such as competitive activities (sales tactics and marketing initiatives), as well as potential barriers and opportunities. -Drive revenue and relationship growth, manage product adoption and increase brand loyalty. -Expand your knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for the Residential Real Estate space. -Building relationships / selling to Enterprise customers (highly preferred). -Strategise and implement business growth initiatives.

What You Bring
-Confident with public speaking and presenting in person to client sales teams and decision-makers. -Proven success in B2B consultative selling to key accounts. -Experience crafting custom product solutions or bundles that address specific client needs. -Ability to drive and meet clients predominantly across the Brisbane region -Experience or certifications in Saas, Digital Media and/or Real Estate -Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling, and making technical concepts easy to understand. -Bachelors degree in Business, marketing or Commerce. -Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited university. -Ability to negotiate large complex deals and handle objections, driving win-win outcomes and lasting partnerships.
