The Role

Overview

Lead commercial builds from pre‑construction to closeout, handling schedule, budget and safety.

Tasks

-Collaborate closely with superintendents, estimators, and leadership teams -Support value engineering, scope review, and constructability assessments -Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and documentation reviews -Manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery -Serve as the main point of contact between owners, architects, and subcontractors -Enforce site safety standards in coordination with field leadership -Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout -Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, and change management

What You Bring

-Ability to meet the owners’ needs while following company procedures -Ability to identify and ensure project safety -Working knowledge of MS Office products, Scheduling Software P6 (preferable), Viewpoint Team and Spectrum (preferable) -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related Engineering discipline -Must have the ability to effectively organize own schedule to ensure timely completion of projects -Must be able to multi-task several projects simultaneously while managing budgets and difficult deadlines -Minimum 2 years of experience functioning as a Project Manager on projects ranging from $1M and over in value -Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
