Tasks

-Listening to users to understand their challenges and spot opportunities to improve or digitise processes. -Offering personalised support to help colleagues get the most out of technology. -Participate in the Intern Collaboration Project, working across departments with likeminded interns on a passion project of your choice. -Suggesting smart, secure tech solutions that follow the latest trends and meet Siemens Information Security standards. -Running interactive workshops that make learning fun and practical. -Creating clear, user-friendly guides and resources. -Developing and delivering AI literacy training sessions to help colleagues understand and effectively utilise AI tools. -Gathering feedback and ideas from users to help improve IT solutions. -Coordinating IT support and solutions that help teams work more effectively.

What You Bring

-Possess a logical mindset and a passion for self-learning and research, while being a fast learner who enjoys solving problems. -Be confident working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and showing potential to drive and lead change. -Enjoy working in a people-focused role, and are able to confidently communicate and present ideas with clarity while actively listening to others. -Demonstrate a basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and hold experience with AI tools, M365 tools, and prompt engineering. -Show curiosity about emerging IT tools/AI technologies and their practical applications in business environments. -Currently working towards or have recently completed a 2:2 degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Management with Business, or a related field. -Possess strong multitasking abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
