Tasks

The Technical Manager – Fit Out is responsible for leading and managing all technical aspects of interior fit-out projects — from design coordination to site execution and final handover. This role ensures that all works are delivered according to design, quality, safety, and client standards. -Conduct and lead technical meetings with consultants, designers, and subcontractors. -Provide technical solutions for site issues and challenges. -Monitor progress of fit-out works and report any risks or delays. -Support handover activities – snagging, inspections, and documentation. -Ensure all works follow approved designs, building codes, and client specifications. -Train and guide site engineers, draftsmen, and junior technical staff. -Lead and manage the technical side of all interior fit-out works. -Coordinate with design, MEP, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery. -Supervise the interface between MEP systems and interior finishes. -Check and approve materials and finishes to match quality requirements. -Review and approve drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.

What You Bring

-Good understanding of shop drawings, AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and project specifications. -Familiar with Saudi Building Code and local authority requirements. -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (or related field). -Minimum 10 years of experience in fit-out or interior construction (GCC experience preferred). -Able to work under pressure and manage multiple fit-out projects. -Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. -Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and MEP coordination.
