Tasks

-Ensure all work meets Uprite’s quality standards and complies with plans, specifications, and building codes -Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow -Oversee all field operations for commercial and industrial projects, with a focus on tilt-up construction -Promote a strong safety culture, enforcing company and OSHA safety policies -Monitor project costs and assist with budget control -Lead daily and weekly site meetings with field teams and project managers -Prepare and submit daily reports, progress photos, and documentation as required -Serve as the primary point of contact on the jobsite for clients and stakeholders -Maintain and drive project schedules, proactively addressing any delays

What You Bring

-Minimum 5+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in commercial construction -Proven experience managing tilt-up projects from start to finish -Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry best practices -Must be located in Oakland or a nearby surrounding area with reliable transportation to project sites -Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Tech-savvy and comfortable with construction management software and reporting tools
