Overview

Manage and grow national builder accounts for residential flooring solutions.

Tasks

-Prepare, price, and submit detailed proposals on pre-development communities. -Manage the day-to-day operations of each account after onboarding — including scheduling, billing, and administrative coordination. -Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring exceptional communication and service. -Develop and close new business opportunities with major single-family home developers. -Negotiate pricing, scope, and terms with both clients and subcontractors/vendors.

What You Bring

-Background in construction, flooring, or tile preferred (but not required). -Outgoing and personable — someone who thrives on building new relationships and winning trust. -2+ years of sales or account management experience required. -Ability to travel up to 25% for client visits and industry events. -Must be comfortable on the phones — this is primarily a relationship-driven, phone-based role, though some in-person client meetings will likely take place
