Prepare accurate as-built documentation and maintain compliance with established engineering standards and procedures.
Manage building interfaces (space requirements, accessibility, safety, architectural constraints) and check building drawings (MEP/FLS/architecture/structure) to generate clash reports/drawings.
Coordinate technically with suppliers to finalize equipment selections and support SAP processes for material ordering (including material number creation where applicable).
Prepare and submit design documentation for client approval (e.g., material submittals, O&M manuals, functional descriptions), and address client/consultant comments.
Support site execution through design surveys, handling site problem reports/open points, responding to technical queries, and supporting snagging and commissioning teams as required.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (Electrical, Steelworks, PLC/IT, etc.) to ensure design integration.
Develop manufacturing drawings and manage installation drawings (including sections and supporting documentation such as clash reports).
Prepare BOM/BOQ/RFQ for procurement of mechanical equipment in line with project specifications.
Prepare project mechanical layouts using Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD, and Autodesk Inventor.
Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

BSc Mechanical Engineering + 3 years experience, or Diploma + 5 years experience.
Strong working experience in Revit (mandatory); experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D and tools such as Inventor/Navisworks is an advantage.
2–3 years minimum experience in a mechanical design environment, ideally within conveying/logistics technology (BHS/CHS exposure is an advantage).
Basic understanding of mechanical equipment safety standards (e.g., Machine Directive / EU norms).
Willingness to travel locally/internationally and work effectively in an international environment.
Structural calculation experience is a plus.
SAP knowledge (including creating material numbers) is a plus.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
