Tasks

-Assist with year-end audit -Manage monthly close processes and ensure accurate preparation of financial statements -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports -Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts -Collaborate with operations and leadership to provide financial insights that support business decisions -Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in financial reporting -Analyze inventory and cost of goods sold, including variance analysis and standard costing -Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections -Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures

What You Bring

-Experience and strong skills in Excel and fully integrated ERP systems -Two years of manufacturing experience -Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles -Trustworthy with strong work ethic -Knowledge of journal entries and general ledger reconciliations -Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
