Tasks

-Enhance the world around you - from the environment to the highways, to the buildings and the terrain, WSP is the fabric of Canada. -Hands-On Design Work: Prepare technical analyses, alignments, geometrics, cost estimates, quantity calculations, reports, and technical memos -Field Experience: Participate in site visits to observe and document existing conditions -Innovative Design Solutions: Develop designs based on planning strategies and pre-engineering studies -Collaborative Environment: Attend technical meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to team discussions -Quality Assurance: Review and check designs and drawings to ensure top-quality deliverables

What You Bring

-A valid G driver’s license (an asset) -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines -Intent to register as a Professional Engineer in Ontario when eligible -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Some experience in highway/roadway design (an asset), ideally on MTO projects -Adaptability to evolving digital technologies and methodologies -A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn -A university degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
