Overview

Design and coordinate data centre/mission‑critical projects for HDR in UK/Europe

Tasks

-Provide planning, design and coordination support on projects -Research, plan, design and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials -Prepare drawings and specification documents

What You Bring

-Strong organizational skills Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, prints, drawings and models -Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction of buildings -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills -Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience working with Data Centre/ Mission Critical projects -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field -Excellent written and communication skills -Engage in problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking, mathematical reasoning, and visualization to create accurate and detailed drawings -Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process -Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills -Must have experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications -A minimum of 3 years experience in A/E industry -Bachelor's degree in architecture -Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule) -Registered Architect -Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
