Assist in coordinating modular construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.

Tasks

-Collaborate with project managers and estimators to develop accurate project scopes and cost estimates. -Assist in planning and executing site setup including grading, utility connections, and modular unit placement. -Assist in preparing bid packages and change orders. -Review site conditions and provide input on labor, materials, and equipment needs. -Conduct site inspections and quality control checks. -Document project milestones, issues, and resolutions. -Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. -Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members. -Ensure site readiness prior to delivery and installation of modular units. -Support logistics and inventory management for modular units. -Maintain accurate project documentation including daily logs, reports, and change orders. -Assist in overseeing daily field operations on modular building installation and site setup. -Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting progress and issues to the project team and leadership.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred. -Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. -Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software. -Up to 25% travel for site inspections and project installations. -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. -Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project coordination. -Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes. -Experience with modular buildings solutions. -Ability to travel to job sites and work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. -2+ years of experience in construction, site development or modular building installation.
