Tasks

-Develop and recommend customized H&S solutions, training programs, and consulting services to clients -Act as the lead consultant responsible for conducting initial client site assessments and deep-dive needs analysis to accurately determine the scope and requirements of H&S services -Lead and and support junior consultants and team members, to ensure continued professional development -Review, edit, and provide final sign-off on client reports, audit findings, and compliance documentation, to ensure they comply with all regulatory standards -Provide safety consulting services to clients across various industries, answering any regulatory and technical safety questions they may have

Requirements

• bachelors
• bcsp
• 10 years
• self-starter
• communication

What You Bring

-Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering or other related discipline (required) -Lives locally in the Bay Area and able to travel regionally to client sites as required -BCSP Certification e.g. CSP or similar (or the ability to obtain such certification) (required) -A self-starter, with strong communication skills who can engage with internal & external stakeholders alike -A minimum of 10 years experience working in the H&S Consulting Industry (General & Construction Industry Standards)
