Overview

Remote contract recruiter handling high-volume hiring for enterprise sales in the US.

Tasks

-Support and own projects to improve our recruitment capability e.g. interview toolkits, job adverts and descriptions. -Managing some vacancies across the full recruitment lifecycle -Supporting the recruitment process through arranging interviews, screening candidate CV’s and producing contracts of employment. -Using social media to attract passive candidates. Post job openings, track activity and manage applicant pipelines -Manage relationships with hiring manager to keep them updated on recruitment progress.

What You Bring

-Previous high volume recruiting experience -Sales or call center recruiting preferred -Confident and good communication skills. -Highly conscientious and detail focused. -Well organized, good at prioritizing and able to work to tight deadlines.
