-Set up carry out meetings with prospecting clients -Negotiate and close deals to exceed ambitious targets -Use CRM and IT systems to manage leads, track progress, and report performance -Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients -Identify opportunities and confidently present tailored sales solutions -Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

What You Bring

Do you have a proven track record in both phone and face-to-face sales? Can you close deals with confidence and adapt your approach to any situation? Location: Luton – Office-based with regular travel to clients Full UK driving license and access to own car required -Fluent in English (spoken and written) -Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills -Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities -Confident on the phone and face to face -Full UK driving licence and your own car (essential) -Confident using CRM/sales tracking tools -Proven sales experience we are looking for a natural closer
