Tasks

-Support the Project Manager (PM) and project team members -Prepare real estate documents -Perform general administrative tasks -Acquire Right-of-Way rights for distribution and electrical transmission and distribution line projects in accordance with project guidelines and regulations -Communicate with property owners and their representatives regarding right of way acquisition -Conduct basic property research for ownership and boundary information

What You Bring

-Active Ohio Notary OR the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire -Works efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines -Minimum of one (1) year of Right of Way Acquisition experience -Can prioritize and balance multiple tasks -Demonstrates strong organization and planning skills -Can adapt to new systems and software environments -Valid Driver’s License -Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook -Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems -Thrives in a fast-paced administrative setting -Provides strong customer service experience -Has excellent written and verbal communication skills -Is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
