Tasks

-Represent NVR in the local community -Work with marketing team members to monitor competitive local home building and prices -Work alongside marketing and production team members to complete land feasibility studies -Arrange lot development -Negotiate directly with land owners to secure prime sites at the best price -Work with the development team to ensure efficient use of land and cost-effective completion of a finished lot -Provide accurate timing for the proposed development analysis -Understand and oversee site development, including local zoning, planning, and pricing

What You Bring

-Bachelors degree -Background in land planning, zoning, law, and real estate -Real Estate finance experience -2-4 years successful land acquisition experience -Homebuilding industry experience, a plus -Skilled in land deal structuring
