The Role

Overview

Analyzes field operation data to improve meter reading, collections, and reporting.

Tasks

-Influence cross-functional teams and make decisions impacting short-term timelines. -Monitor performance of meter change activities, including scheduling efficiency and completion timelines. -Collaborate with leadership to align methods with project goals. -Independently plan and execute tasks supporting non-routine activities and projects. -Select appropriate methods and techniques for analysis. -Create visual dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends and opportunities. -Provide ad hoc analysis and respond to data requests from internal stakeholders. -Investigate and resolve data-related issues or escalated field concerns. -Lead meetings, present findings, and interpret data. -May coordinate activities of other personnel and report to Managers/Directors. -Track and evaluate field collections data, including success rates and customer engagement outcomes. -Analyze and report on metrics related to meter reading accuracy, completion rates, and exception handling. -Apply professional concepts to resolve complex issues creatively. -Collaborate with field teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with operational goals. -Support regulatory compliance by maintaining and reporting on mandated service levels. -Make operational and process recommendations based on data and analytics as needed.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with field operations, utility services, or customer service environments. -Proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel; experience with BI platforms is a plus. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. -Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree -Demonstrated familiarity and comfortability with Microsoft Office applications -Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and influencing decisions. -Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience -Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
