Tasks

-Manpower loading preparation -Prepare cash-flow sheets -Preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and recommend suitable contractors for HVAC, Mechanical, Pipe works, -Understand the tender scope of work and measuring and taking off quantities from drawings, preparing bills of quantities, and estimating Tender costs- Unit rate and Lump sum. -Attend commercial negotiation meeting with customer and subcontractors -Prepare commercial qualification -Create pricing benchmark and standardize pricing format. -Prepare proposals price forms for submission

What You Bring

-Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. -EPC contractual terms understanding -Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to non-technical audiences. -Hands-on experience working in Mechanical, HVAC, cleanroom projects in industrial domain. Semiconductor, pharma, data center background would be a plus. -Exceptional ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. -Degree / Diploma with minimum 5 years working experience in Mechanical, HVAC, Industry -A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale commercial projects successfully. -Strong commercial and financial risk management skills.
