Design and supervise building services electrical projects from inception to completion.

Tasks
You will either be a senior electrical design engineer or an engineer already at associate level, within this role you will cover design and supervision of projects from inception to completion and be responsible for the supervision and organisation of other members of staff. You will also represent the company at meetings in connection with projects and liaise with clients and other professionals. -Develop and produce reports, specifications, guidance notes and general correspondence ensuring quality and technical quality standards are met -Completed a number of projects from inception to competition as an electrical design engineer. -Preparing technical specifications and schedules and design development reports. -Carry out site surveys for projects, to obtain all relevant information required for carrying out scheme design. -Liaising closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors of in-house and external project teams -Attend site progress meetings as and when required, together with monitoring Contractor’s -Working as part of a design team delivering detailed design -Reviewing and commenting on information provided by the client, contractors and other members of the professional team. -Attending design team meetings, client meetings, pre-contract and post-contract meetings.

What You Bring
Associate or Senior Electrical Design Engineer -A minimum of 5-6 years relevant experience in electrical design within building services. -Degree qualified, either building services or electrical.
