What You Bring

-5+ years of related MEP project management experience with construction building projects -Experience managing construction public and private projects in Higher Education, K-12, and Healthcare and of the Massachusetts State Building Codes and related references -Working knowledge of scheduling and project management software -OSHA 30 certification -Experience with medium/high voltage, LTHW, geothermal, Steam power plants, commissioning, MEP plan reviewing -Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites -Experience supporting multiple projects concurrently -Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills -Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture required -Knowledge of materials, methods and techniques used in building construction and the ability to recognize faulty construction or hazardous conditions -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
