Tasks

-Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and client specifications -Monitor subcontractors performance and ensures the quality and standard of workmanship is in accordance with the specifications -Develop and review civil engineering designs and calculations for transmission line foundations, towers, and associated structures -Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, reports, and as-built records -Assist in managing cost control for certain aspects of the project in order to ensure the project meets its performance targets in relation to budget/forecast -Develop and monitor implementation of construction methods including audits -Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans specific to civil works -Ensuring all relevant regulatory requirements are satisfied -Ensure all quality and environmental aspects of the project are addressed to maintain effective operation and project delivery -Ensures that program is communicated to subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to maintain commitment -Lead, motivate, and mentor site personnel to foster positive team dynamics, staff moral and work outcomes -Address client queries and concerns related to civil works in a timely and professional manner

What You Bring

-3+ years of relevant experience in Foundations, ideally in Transmission Lines or civil infrastructure. -Geotechnical Interpretation -Working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation of same -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups. -Problem solving / analytical skills -Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related field
