Tasks
-Act as the Primary point of contact and escalation for all things Technology related to the performance of this contract. -Manage & Coordinate IT team's daily activities to meet delivery strategy, frameworks, and standards. -Arrange and coordinate the assignment of IT resources for priority activities. -Lead the implementation and adoption of IT best practices and methodologies. -Provide Program staff with IT Training including use of business systems and security practices. -Ensure and coordinate delivery of key IT services including Help Desk, Business Systems Management, Productivity Applications, PMIS, Software Development, Cyber Security, Change Management, and IT Infrastructure Platforms. -Develop IT requirements to support Program Success. -Ensure key partnerships with adjacent organizations to build cooperative engagements and prevent team isolation. -Coordinate IT and Security services as reach-back support. -Ensure value-aligned delivery with proper risk mitigation on time and within budgetary expectations. -Plan, coordinate, and implement IT Infrastructure and communications to mobilize and support numerous nation-wide field office sites simultaneously. -Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer focus. -Ensure business systems operations meet program requirements in a secure and reliable manner. -Plan and Coordinate “IT” onboarding and role-based access / permissions in coordination with Talent Acquisitions team. -Travel as needed to field offices to support key IT and program activities. -Engage Program team & prioritize IT services to align with program technology requirements and business objectives. -Present regular portfolio updates, status reports, and risk profiles to executive stakeholders. -Foster the adoption of PMIS and develop requirements for enhancement as needed. -Support start up activities essential to successful program initiation.

What You Bring
-At least 5 years of experience in large-scale IT program/project management -Experience managing budgets over $5M / annual and leading cross-functional teams of 10+ resources. -Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT portfolios in highly regulated USG environments. -Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 10+ years of experience or 15+ years of related experience in lieu of Degree -Agile or Scaled Agile Certified -Experience working in a PMO organization and managing large / complex projects. -PMP® (Project Management Professional) – PMI
