Tasks

-Establishing professional relationships with the team and colleagues -Taking notes and sharing your findings with your supervisor -Shadowing senior members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible -Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives -Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate -Working collaboratively with others (Engineers and Designers situated both in Mumbai and United States) in a multidisciplinary project team environment to resolve engineering and design issues as required and to accomplish respective project objectives

-Proficient in English language and must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the supervisor -Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a reputed university/institute in India -Highly observant, willing to assist wherever possible and eager to readily engage with engineers outside of their area of specialization -Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited program -Candidate should be passing out as part of the 2026 batch only -Excellent learning ability
