Tasks

-Operate AKTA systems for large-scale chromatography (several-liter scale). -Maintain detailed lab records and communicate findings clearly. -Conduct protein purification and biophysical characterization. -Perform protein expression in specified buffers and run western blots. -Occasionally use gravity columns and loose resins.

What You Bring

-0–3 years of industry experience, recent graduates welcome. -No GMP experience required. -Experience with large-scale purification workflows. -Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry strongly preferred, Life Sciences acceptable. -Familiarity with AKTA systems. -Preference for candidates from discovery/preclinical lab environments. -Hands-on experience with protein expression. -Strong undergraduate research in protein work required if no industry experience. -Experience in buffer preparation, gels, and western blotting.
