  • Effectively communicate any issues related to schedule, supplies/materials, delivery delays, etc. with site leaders
  • Responsible for replenishing parts, and identifying required levels based on historical usage
  • Prepare and produce daily maintenance schedule
  • Manage and maintain Mold Management system, including setup, location, and life cycle of all molds
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Review and analyze data in CMMS to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate schedule changes with production timely
  • Assist accounting department related to PO discrepancies
  • Assist maintenance department with inquiries related to parts availability
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders related to materials and coordinate with suppliers
  • Responsible for tracking spare parts and material inventory including verification of receiving materials and pricing updates
  • Assist in forecasting maintenance demands to maximize production efficiencies
  • Maintain historical records by filing documents
  • Participate in quarterly finished goods inventory
  • Determine and recommend purchase of new molds

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboard
  • Strong analytical skills to gather data from multiple sources and report findings
  • Must wear company provided personal protective equipment - earplugs, hard hat, safety boots/shoes, and protective glasses
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees and managers
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or accounting business experience
  • Experience using CMMS, Tableau, Lawson, H5 and Salesforce Software
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills
  • High School diploma or GED or equivalent training, experience, and education
  • Excellent communications skills, verbal, written, in-person and by telephone
