Tasks

-Prepare and process legal descriptions, plats, and maps for recording purposes -Conduct field surveys to gather data and information necessary for land boundary determinations and topographic mapping -Maintain and update records and reports related to surveying activities -Communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion -Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques in land surveying to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition

What You Bring

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying -Experience in a supervisory or managerial role -Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or office materials. -Frequent sitting and operating a computer. -A.S. or B.S. Degree from an accredited college or university preferred -Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively -Licensed Professional Land Surveyor -Licensed in one or more of the Upper Midwest or Atlantic Southeast states. -Strong attention to detail. -Proven leadership and communication skills -Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. -Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to contribute to the growth of the business unit -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Familiarity with GIS and mapping software -Working knowledge of Trimble survey equipment and AutoCAD Civil 3D. -Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
