Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Troubleshoot issues and implement on-site solutions -Communicate with clients and ensure total satisfaction -Lead carpentry projects, including built-ins, trim/molding, fireplace surrounds, etc. -Lead kitchen remodeling projects, including cabinet installation, refacing, and finishing -Lead full bathroom remodeling projects, including Schluter (waterproofing) and tile installation, showers and bathtubs, vanities, etc. -Train and mentor installers to maintain quality and efficiency -Maintain accurate records and ensure tools and materials are organized and ready -Manage daily jobsite setup, workflow, and completion
