What You Bring

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Proposal experience in the engineering, architecture, environmental, and/or construction industries -Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business, marketing, communication, technical, or other related field -Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in proposal management/coordination -Experience managing pursuit teams involving various levels of an organization, including senior to junior-level staff -Experience with transportation clients in preferably in the Northern or Mid-Atlantic region. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including persuasive writing and proficiency in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce
