Tasks

-Follows established safety procedures and policies -Handles equipment in a responsible manner -Takes work direction from Patching Crew Foreperson -Completes general construction labor tasks necessary to finish/patch precast concrete panels -Uses materials/supplies in an efficient manner

What You Bring

-Ability to travel extensively (50% of the time or more, including overnights) and work overtime as needed -Construction experience -Ability to carry out simple and complex verbal instructions -High school diploma or equivalent -Ability to obtain membership to a local union -Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation -Field: Must be able to traverse uneven ground, move minimum of 50lbs., spatial awareness/depth perception, climb on a flatbed semi-trailer. -Ability to work from heights, including but not limited to ladders and aerial work platforms -General knowledge of construction practices -2+ years of construction or manual labor experience -Concrete finishing experience -Ability to work well with others and maintain professional conduct at all times
