Tasks

-Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and key imperatives for new segments and export markets, ensuring alignment with overall business and brand strategy. -Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to optimize product selection, pricing strategy, distribution, and in-market activation. -Lead and develop cross-functional, multicultural teams, driving collaboration, performance, and process improvement to achieve business goals. -Manage brand and pricing architecture, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency across the Decorative Paints portfolio and sub-brands. -Drive compliance with product stewardship and sustainability standards, supporting marketing communication of sustainable innovations and company initiatives. -Lead new product development (NPD) — identify opportunities, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure on-time, in-full product launches. -Identify consumer needs and market opportunities through collaboration with insights and category teams, leveraging internal and external data. -Manage lifecycle of product portfolio, including SKU rationalization, complexity reduction, and performance reviews for long-term profitability. -Develop impactful packaging and design that enhances conversion at point of sale and reinforces brand positioning. -Oversee portfolio and innovation roadmap, ensuring a healthy 12-quarter pipeline aligned with market trends, painter/consumer insights, and technology developments. -Plan and implement integrated communication campaigns (traditional & digital) in coordination with agencies and country marketing teams to drive awareness and offtake.
