Tasks

-Procure necessary materials, equipment, and services, negotiating with suppliers and vendors as needed -Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise and project needs -Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications -Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources -Ensure all HVAC installations and services comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and local building codes - Colorado Energy Codes -Address and resolve any project-related issues, such as delays, technical challenges, or client concerns -Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with goals -Lead, mentor, and supervise HVAC technicians and support staff -Oversee the day-to-day operations of HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines -Facilitate training and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance -Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets -Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality -Utilize project management software to track progress, manage timelines, and report on status

What You Bring

-Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities -EPA Certification desired -Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and ownership -Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred -Strong leadership abilities with experience in team building and conflict resolution -SEER and EER Ratings - Systems meet or exceed minimum SEER & EER Ratings -Valid driver's licenses and insurable driving record -In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and maintenance procedures -Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale HVAC projects from inception to completion -Experience with HVAC New construction & Retrofit Remodeling projects -Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service -Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs. -Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in HVAC project management within commercial settings
