Our client is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee night shift operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assembly line and injection molding environments, with hands-on experience in mold changes, machine setup, and leading production teams to achieve operational excellence. This position requires flexibility and 24/7 availability as needed for production demands. -Experience in ISO 9001 or IATF 16949-certified manufacturing environments. -Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. -Knowledge of scientific molding; RJG certification a plus. -Familiarity with SPC, quality systems, and troubleshooting tools.
