Tasks

-Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams from development to execution. -Serve as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders; manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships. -Develop and maintain clear construction documentation and specifications. -Review and approve design work, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality control and code compliance. -Stay current with building codes, industry trends, materials, and sustainability standards. -Supervise and mentor team members, including architects, designers, and technical staff. -Manage project scope, contracts, budgets, and change orders in collaboration with firm leadership. -Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest design and technical standards.

What You Bring

-10+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years of experience managing projects and teams including project budgets, staffing, and schedules. -Competency with digital tools including Bluebeam, REVIT, and MS Office Suite. -Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated success in effectively managing clients and key stakeholders. -Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority. -Professional degree from an accredited Architectural program is required. Architect license is preferred. -Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. -Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment. -Ability to travel for project requirements, as needed.
