Tasks

-Assist with the month-end close and reporting processes -Aid the development of new tools that drive scalable analysis and insight -Manages Complexity – Making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. -Collaborate with Commercial team members on building monthly forecasts -Perform ad-hoc requests and assist in analysis of special projects -Assist with compiling, tracking, and analyzing information to evaluate achievement of key operational and strategic objectives, as well as to monitor the overall financial and operating health/performance of the business -Support the Commercial team’s continuous improvement initiatives -Ensures Accountability – Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. -Analyze monthly/quarterly results, research variances to explain underlying causes, and identify trends

-Business Insight – Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals. -Pursuing a 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field -Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer -Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and particularly strong Excel skills involving pivot tables and macros.
