Tasks

-Manages customer representatives and other significant stakeholders -Sets clear objectives for the project team including scope, schedule, productivity and budget targets. -Clearly communicates project requirements, contractual obligations, customer expectations, KPIs, and project status with the team. -Identifies potential risks or new risks as the project progresses and effectively develops risk mitigation, contingency and resolution plans -Manages and nurtures customer and stakeholder relationships based on established expectations and communication protocols -Identifies and understands the customer’s key drivers (KPIs) -Has led or participated in Constructability, Operability and Maintainability Workshops. -Satisfies all requirements of project safety compliance including Safety by Design, Constructability and Maintainability. -Manages cash flow requirements, including accounts receivable, and work in progress to minimize days sales outstanding (DSO). -Demonstrates full commitment to all health and safety matters and provides safety leadership to project team. -Works collaboratively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. -Effectively leads project team comprised of multi‐discipline/ multi‐location members. -Defines and selects team required to deliver scope of work. -Ensures proper change control processes are understood and used by the project team. -Follows Worley risk management procedures -Utilizes Risk Register items as the basis for any project contingency budget -Implements communication tools and process to ensure all team members are informed about project status and key performance indicators. -Effectively communicates and takes a leadership role in preparing and presenting proposals and reports to staff and management. -Effectively relates with people across levels, functions, geographies, and cultures. -Creates an environment for open communication and builds a highperforming team based on trust and respect. -Oversees, motivates and monitors the performance of the team, ensuring quality and timeliness of assignments and roles, and addresses any performance gaps. -Has completed a full project from start to finish and spent time supporting the field to implement what was engineered. -Ensures Worley methodologies, processes, tools and systems are used throughout the project and compliance requirements are met/satisfied. -Applies lessons learned as inputs to planning the project execution. -Implements clear communication protocols, processes, and tools for the project team. -Keeps detailed risk register that stays current and is tracked & communicated on a regular basis (at least monthly) -Ensures design team is aware and complying with customer Basis of Design and applicable codes and regulations. -Manages execution and coordination, and implements regular reviews and controls to track project progress. -Incorporates Value Creation and Sustainable Solutions objectives into the project plan, measures, and delivers to objectives. -Resolves issues and conflicts within the project team, including those involving the customer.
