Senior Proposal Specialist

Description

The Senior Proposal Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal creation process, including analyzing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), developing high-quality proposal content, and ensuring timely submission. The individual will coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information, develop project outlines, and ensure compliance with client requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, DC, which also involves maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and adhering to strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in analyzing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with proposal preparation tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the engineering, construction, or environmental sectors is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Outstanding Communication skills, including both written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Project Management experience, ensuring coordination and timely completion of tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong skills in Proposal Management and Proposal Writing, with experience in developing comprehensive, client-focused proposals
