Tasks

-Complete high quality quarterly performance appraisals in line with company guidelines -Proactively identify improvements that drive productivity and accuracy standards within the warehouse, including optimising the effectiveness of the WMS -Plan holidays effectively and ensure cover is in line with policy and procedures -Drive compliance with hygiene and housekeeping across the shift at all times -Ensure effective shift handover communication to all personnel on shift -Ensure delivery of business KPIs and communication of progress of team and individual performance -Own and maintain the shift training matrix, proactively identifying gaps and implementing plans to resolve -Ensuring appropriate resources (people, equipment) are available to meet planned activity levels and within agreed budgetary commitments -Complete monthly health and safety audit, ensuring actions are completed within agreed SLAs and clearly communicated to the team -Ensure absence and attendance investigation are carried out in a timely manner -Provide timely and accurate information for daily operational meetings -Conduct investigations, return to work interviews, and disciplinaries
