Tasks

-Conduct safety briefings and enforce all company safety standards. -Serve as a liaison between field crews and management. -Track crew productivity and report progress to project managers. -Review project drawings and assign tasks to ensure deadlines are met. -Direct and supervise daily activities of construction crews in telecom and utility projects.

What You Bring

-Strong team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Your choice of PPO, HSA, FSA -Willingness to work outdoors and travel to multiple job sites. -Ability to read blueprints, telecom diagrams, and utility plans. -OSHA-30 certification, preferred. -5+ years of telecommunications or utility construction experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
