Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to create enablement materials and campaigns.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, focusing on their enablement and success.

Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between partners and internal teams (product, engineering, customer success, etc.).
Build strong, trust-based relationships with broker partners, lease admin teams, accounting partners, and customer success teams, becoming a valued resource to the partner.
Act as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them navigate challenges and leverage available resources.
Develop resources and best practices to help partners position and implement solutions effectively for their clients.
Support partners in driving adoption of our technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and success metrics.

Strategic thinker with a passion for learning and helping others succeed.
4+ years of experience in partner enablement, customer success, professional services management, or technology partnerships within SaaS, corporate real estate, lease administration, or lease accounting.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Experience presenting complex solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Strong knowledge of and ability to interpret process for corporate real estate workflows, lease management platforms, and accounting solutions.
Familiarity with partner portals, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and enablement platforms.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner enablement programs.
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for partner engagement and events.
Proven track record of commitment and success in previous employers.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with real estate technology platforms, lease administration software, and accounting systems.
Post-graduate degree or advanced certifications (i.e. MBA, CPA)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
