What You Bring

-Experience operating and running manufacturing equipment (PLC Controlled) or willingness & ability to learn -Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs -An ability to think and learn on the job, effective communication skills and basic computer skills -High School Diploma or equivalent -Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12 hour shifts -Ability to successfully pass a basic skills assessment -Meet the minimum age required of 18 years of age -Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment
